Prices in US dollars. Checkout is available to customers with a US billing address for now; the free checkers and free plan work everywhere. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account's billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What's your refund policy?
Ask within 14 days of any charge and we refund that charge in full. Details are on the refund policy page.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the billing page. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe.
Do you need access to my DNS or email?
No. Everything we check is public: DNS records, the HTTPS connection, public certificate logs and registry data.
Do you process DMARC aggregate reports?
Not yet. Monitoring watches your DMARC record and policy; your aggregate reports keep going to whatever address your record names.
Why US only?
We're a small US business and haven't set up sales-tax handling for other countries yet. The free tools work everywhere.
