Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Mister Marbi's LLC, doing business as Mister Marbi ("we", "us"), a United States company, for your use of tools.mistermarbi.com, its free checkers and the Domain Health Monitor (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

The Service reads publicly available information (DNS records, HTTPS connections, public certificate logs and registry data) and reports on the configuration of domains, with suggested fixes. Paid plans add scheduled monitoring, alerts and report pages as described on the pricing page.

The Service reports configuration health. It isn't a security audit, legal or regulatory compliance assessment, or guarantee of email delivery. You decide what changes to make to your systems.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. Tell us promptly at support@mistermarbi.com if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, to overload it or other systems (for example with automated bulk querying beyond normal use), to interfere with its security, or to resell raw access to it. White-label report pages are for sharing results about domains you or your clients manage. We may limit or suspend use that breaks these terms or threatens the Service.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance in US dollars through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Checkout is currently available only to customers with a US billing address. If a payment is made with a non-US billing address, we'll refund it and cancel the subscription.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.
  • Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an existing subscription.
  • Prices don't include taxes; if we're required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout.

5. Alerts and availability

We work to run checks on schedule and to deliver alerts reliably, and we confirm problems with a second check before alerting to reduce false alarms. However, checks depend on third-party systems (DNS resolvers, certificate logs, registries, email and messaging providers) and may be delayed, missed or occasionally wrong. Don't rely on the Service as your only safeguard for critical systems.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to information you provide (domain lists, client names, logos). You give us permission to use it only to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or branding you add to reports.

7. Our content

The Service, its software and its written guidance belong to us. You may share check results and report pages with your clients and colleagues.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you've paid nothing).

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, with notice where reasonable. If we discontinue a paid plan, we'll keep it working for the period you've paid for, or refund the unused part.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the changes.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Mister Marbi's LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact: support@mistermarbi.com.
